Totally disgusted. Took the dog in to get her dew claw removed. Nothing was done as it was decided she should be sedated and hv it removed on another day as she was stressed. However, over the weekend the dew claw came off on its own and I rang the vets to cancel the appointment. I was charged about £50 to get confirmation from the vet for consultation even though nothing was done. I don't mind paying for consultation if I was given advice, but I knew what was wrong with my dog and did NOT need a consultation. I needed the dew claw removed which did not happen.

Very friendly staff and most efficient.

Always very friendly and happy to help. I have a reactive dog and they were very accommodating, even allowing us to enter through the back to avoid a busy reception area.

They are the worst vets I have ever encounter. My dog never seen the same vet twice, each one was telling us different things. None diagnosed what was happening with my staffy skin. My new vet diagnosed her within minutes. They only care about money.

I give 1star because I can't give you a zero. I was charged around 50£ for a consultation and didn't tell me the problem they just made me pay nearly 30£ for pain killer but she has glass in her foot as still hurting but they said she could of pulled a muscle when I told them she was playing by glass in the park so I had no closure and cost nearly 100£ and she's still in pain so I guess il have to pay more consultation money to get no answer. Scam and rip off and if it's glass like I said then I'm not paying more money to get no answer. vets for pets, pets at home in bath. RIP OFF AS STILL IN PAIN SO PAID FOR NOTHING. IL SPREAD THE WORD AS THERE SCAMMERS.
